How much do you charge for shipping?
We link directly to USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Shipping
is based on the weight of the item(s) and your location. We charge what
these services charge. Your options are Parcel Post and Priority mail
shipping.
When are my items shipped?
Your item(s) will ship within 1 business day. Expect to receive your
items within 1-7 business days depending on the method you choose and
your location.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it was derived
from. An essential oil is a liquid that is distilled from the stems,
flowers, leaves, bark, roots, or other elements of a plant. Essential
oils, despite the use of the word oil, do not feel oily at all. Essential
oils are believed to contribute various properties to your emotional

What is Shea butter and what is so special about it?
Shea butter is an oil derived from the African Karite Tree. It is used
widely in high end cosmetic products for its moisturizing properties.
Shea butter is added to all of our soaps (Unless otherwise indicated).
What is an exfoliant (Exfoliating)?
An exfoliant is a plant material added to the soap which gently scrubs
the skin. Oatmeal is commonly used as an exfoliant.
What ingredients do you use?
We use natural ingredients such as olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil,
and shea butter. We use only top quality essential oils like Lavender,
Litsea Cubeba, Ylang Ylang, as well as many others. Essential oils are
100% natural. Our fragranced varieties contain top quality fragrances
which smell wonderful - the fragranced variety are not considered 100%
natural as some of these essences cannot be replicated in nature - they
are manmade.
What is the difference between your soap and the soap I normally
use?
Most commercial soap is detergent based. It is created using synthetic
materials that are artificial, drying to the skin, without concern for
the earth or atmosphere. Our natural soap products are very different.
Our soaps are created using natural products which are beneficial for
the skin. We do not incorporate any harsh additives, artificial colorants,
or artificial preservatives.
I have sensitive skin and cannot use soap. Can I use your soap?
This will vary from person to person. We sell to a wide variety of clientele.
We have yet to see a person who cannot use our products. Our products
are gentle, mild, and cleansing.
I am allergic to fragrances. Do you have anything for me?
Yes, please try our unscented (plain) variety.
How long does 1 bar of soap typically last?
The average bar of soap will last between 3-4 weeks. This is based on
normal use. This will vary based on usage.
Do you test on animals?
No, we NEVER test on animals, nor do we use any animal ingedients. Our
products are 100% cruelty-free.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or
store credit. Shipping costs are non refundable.
